Sherwood Creek, north of Nederland Colorado, is a little-known gem and favorite afternoon escape for horseback riders, hikers, runners and mountain bikers. Now, Boulder County Open Space is considering closing the trail. We're hoping they can find a way to keep the trail open, as there are few trails in this part of Colorado that compare in terms of beauty to the Sherwood Creek Trail.
